He couldn’t breathe.

Last year, there was a turning point. We all know it…we’ve all had to face it. I may not always have the right words, but I TRY to have the right images. So, last year, in the wake of the murder of George Floyd, I had a choice to make. I could get into seemingly pointless arguments with invisibles on social media OR make art. I chose art. This week is as good a time as any to repost these images so they are not forgotten. I will never ever claim to know what what our nation’s people of color go through. but I can watch, listen, learn and draw. THIS is how I am being an ally.
