Lessons in Client Service
Apparently the illustration business is tougher than I thought. My newest client (Brooke, age 4) and I are off to a shaky start. At the end of our “meeting” last night, she left me with the directive, “Tim, next time you come to my house, draw what I say.”
It was tough to hear, but I really do appreciate direct and honest feedback from clients.
